Custom Sized Reveals

Reveal depth size can be custom trimmed to a smaller size if required. If you require reveals larger than 90mm this package will not work. Check out our other reveal packages to find larger sizes

What reveal size do you require?

You will need to know the total thickness (depth) of your walls

Use the following calculation:

____mm Cladding + ____mm Batten/Cavity + ____mm Studs + ____mm GIB/Ply

= ____mm Wall thickness (depth)

Once you know your wall thickness (depth) subtract the window depth (behind the flange)

Use the following calculation:

____mm Wall Thickness (depth) - 48mm Window Depth

= ____mm Reveal Size
