Custom Sized Reveals

Reveal depth size can be custom trimmed to a smaller size if required.

What reveal size do you require?

You will need to know the total thickness (depth) of your walls

Use the following calculation:

____mm Cladding + ____mm Batten/Cavity + ____mm Studs + ____mm GIB/Ply

= ____mm Wall thickness (depth)

Once you know your wall thickness (depth) subtract the ranch slider depth (behind the flange)

Use the following calculation:

____mm Wall Thickness (depth) - 95mm Ranch Slider Depth + 12mm GIB Boarder

= ____mm Reveal Size
